Fresh Air Thinking: What We Do - Team Development
We believe that learning by having an experience is a highly effective approach for the development of teams. To assist with the achievement of positive results, we use a variety of practical experiential learning activities when providing, facilitating or supplementing team development events.
“The results of our first team development event perfectly matched our objectives. It was a huge success and our staff are now converted to the Fresh Air Thinking approach. CHAS would confidently use the same approach at future training events.”
Moira Dunworth, Head of Education, CHAS
We believe that enhancing team performance and effectiveness goes beyond a team development event. We work in partnership with clients to achieve positive change and to realise the full potential of the team by revisiting the team on their return to work. We add to traditional forms of organisational development approahes by adopting experiential learning sessions using creative and interactive approaches. We can also supplement team development events by using the highly respected Belbin Team roles Self-Perception Inventory or the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. However, at the end of the day, the most important aspect of providing a team development event is that clients are happy with the planned outcomes and subsequent results.
