The four main operating areas of Fresh Air Thinking are as follows:
- Team Development

We enjoy working with teams. This page will introduce some of the indoor and outdoor approaches that we use to make team development memorable. The Belbin Team Roles analysis is an additional option we offer.
- People Development

We have many years' experience within development training so people matter with us. This page provides information about some of the approaches we can take including the use of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
As part of our 'People Development' area of work we are also offer the award winning Springboard and Navigator personal development programmes for women and men.
- Energising Meetings & Conferences

Even the best planned training events and conferences can flag after long periods of inactivity indoors. Go to this page for some fresh ideas about how we can support such events and help avoid those 3 o'clock heavy eyes.
