Peter has over 20 years of experience in development trainng and specialises in team building, people management and creative work approaches. Peter loves this work so much that he founded FRESH AIR THINKING as a company.
- Rory McIntryre

Rory is currently employed as Training Co-ordinator at the Scottish Police College. Rory was in the Black Watch for 24 years where he gained experience in the delivery of outdoor team development for various teams and young recruits.
- Lorna Rylance

Lorna is a creative trainer with over 20 years experience working with teams and individuals. Lorna has a real commitment to the learning and development of people and believes that learning should be participative and fun!
- Marian Larson

Marian is an experienced trainer and consultant in all areas relating to equality and people development. She is particularly interested in gender equality and women’s development and has been involved in running the Springboard programme since the early 1990’s.
- Mark Hughes

Mark is an experienced outdoor learning practitioner and has worked with hundreds of individuals and teams. Mark is currently based at Edinburgh University's outdoor centre (Firbush). He can be occasionally caught dreaming, about skiing deep powder snow on a far off mountain!

Louise is an enthusiastic people-person and has brought positive development to many peoples lives. Louise currently specialises in Health and Physical Education.

Louise has many years experience working in human resources and training positions within a variety of industries. This has been on both the public and private sector. Louise currently works as freelance HR and training consultant and often takes on acting roles in HR related scenarios. However, she has had little success so far with any BAFA nominations!
- Tony McClelland

Tony is an experienced outdoor educator and development trainer, specialising in the development and delivery of programmes which focus on personal, group and organisational development. Tony has a great interest in the use of wildeness therapy as part of development training.

Clare is a qualified teacher and a highly qualified and experienced outdoor pursuits professional. Clare brings a rich variety of skills to any training event and is passionate about helping people learn.
- Lynn Neville

Lynn is a Staff Development Officer at the University of St Andrews and has around 5 years of experience of team building events. Lynn started her career in secretarial work, moved into IT training and then into personal development.
- Claire Barber

Claire is a learning and development professional with a passion for helping others realise their potential and their goals in life. Claire manages a team of learning and development professionals operating in the public sector supporting over 1200 staff.
