Fresh Air Thinking

Providing fresh opportunities for the development of people and teams

Welcome to the website of Fresh Air Thinking. We are a small learning and development training operation with a focus on the development of people and teams. We use a variety of indoor and outdoor exercises and activities to assist with creating conditions that match the learning and development needs of clients.

We believe that learning is more effective when people are given opportunities to immediately practice a new skill or concept. We provide such opportunities by ensuring that learning is meaningful, relevant and enjoyable. We also encourage people to wear different hats - especiallly Green ones! (Edward de Bono - Six Thinking Hats).

Please take time to look around this web site to identify some of the different 'fresh' approaches we take within four areas of development training.

The four main operating areas of Fresh Air Thinking are as follows:

Team Development

Fresh Air Thinking, as the name implies, is about providing fresh thinking and creative approaches for people at work. Go to this page for more information about why it helps to wear green hats occasionally.

The following Chinese proverb is very relevant to the approach that we take:

“I hear and I forget, I see and I remember, I do and I understand.”
